1. User Accounts

To utilize our cloud synchronization features, you must generate a secure user account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to notify Subly support immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of account security.

2. Subscription Management & Pricing

Subly provides manual cost tracking tools. Subly does not purchase or execute subscription contracts on your behalf. Subly Plus tier upgrades are processed through the Google Play Console billing API. Premium purchases are subject to Google Play's standard refund regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the Subly local caching engines, decompile the application build, disrupt our cloud sync pipelines, or execute automated queries targeting our servers.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Subly is an informational tracking widget. We do not provide professional financial or investment advice.

THE SUBLY APP AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUBLY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OCCURRING FROM ACCIDENTAL REMINDER FAILURES, BANK TRANSACTION AUTO-RENEWALS, OR DATA DISCREPANCIES.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close your cloud synchronization account if you violate these terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by requesting account deletion via the application settings or our self-service portal.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
